• Initially, my header image (logo) was not being responsive in my responsive theme so I downloaded Nick’s Genesis Responsive Header. I am using the Genesis framework/theme. Things were going great till I discovered that my header image is invisible in IE9 and older. Also, some of my sidebar jquery menus are not being viewed as they should while others are in IE9 (and older). If I hover over the place where the logo should be and click, it takes me to my home page. I was using a .png file so I changed it to a .jpg file but that didn’t make a difference, the image is still invisible. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  • Have you asked studiopress? They provide support for their themes – but commercial themes aren’t supported here.

Yes, I even have sent an email to Nick the Geek owner of Nick’s Responsive Header plug-in, but I haven’t had a response yet. I also had another post on the StudioPress web site with this response:

Sorry, no – I certainly can’t give even a casual opinion without having a link to look at. And the number of factors and problems may go beyond the scope of free volunteer help, at least mine.

I can tell you this: as a professional developer, I’ve always had to tweak responsive code for a site’s header. It’s never the same request twice.

    Good luck, Dave

I’d have to agree with that… I don’t see any possible way for anyone to offer any help without seeing the site.
