Header Image is not showing up?

Hi, I had a new header created for my https://www.raisingsmallsouls.com site: https://www.raisingsmallsouls.com/wp-content/themes/179/images/header.jpg

I put this into the css:

#header {
background-color:#F0F9F9;
background-image:url(/images/179/header.jpg);
}

And the picture is not coming up! I also changed it in the CSS of my the Presentation area of my dashboard.

By the way, I also want to place a leaderboard of Adsense below the header- how would that be accomplished?

What should I do?????
