I love a lot of things about this theme, but the header image/site title/tagline display is NOT one of them. I want to have text in the title/tagline fields so that it displays in the browser window title as well as for SEO purposes, but I don’t want it to actually display in the header because it writes over top of the header image I want to use instead. I have used Jetpack’s Custom CSS editor to make some modifications that have gotten rid of the text, but now my header image is no longer responsive. I’ve tried a few CSS edits to try to make it responsive again – including the option stated above – but so far nothing is working. (The one provided above by the theme author squishes my header image down and makes it look weird.) I’m pretty much a CSS novice so most of what I’ve been doing is Googling solutions and then cutting/pasting code, so I admit that I have no clue why some of this CSS is working/not working as far as doing what I want it to. Does anyone have any advice? The site is https://2015.attendicec.org.
