Header Image not showing up outside of network

  • WordPress 3.3 twenty eleven 1.3 theme. New, just setting up. WordPress set up on NAS on my home network. From my computer or phone when on the network the header image is visible. When the phone is off wifi or I access the site through a proxy or someone else accesses it the header image is not visible and no evidence that it is even there. All other images and items seem to be there and working. Site is populated with dummy images and items but it is live: https://www.yusmith.com Any ideas?
