Header Image Not Working on Mobile

I am trying to add the website header image so that I can use the button options (usually I use a slider to make our header image). It looks fine on desktop, but when I go to the website on my phone, the bottom of the picture is cut off and the buttons don’t show correctly. The header is correctly responsive when I shrink the browser menu on my desktop, so I do not think it is an issue with breaks not being correctly coded. I do not have enough coding experience to see if there is a place to fix this in the editor. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what the issue might be? I do use Live Composer to structure pages, so I am wondering if that is causing an issue.
