Header image only on front page

  • I’m building the site localy, so I can’t link. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to display the header image only on the front page. All my blog posts and other pages display the header image. I don’t want that. How can I disable the header image for all but my start page?

    From your site’s dashboard, visit Appearance menu and go to Customize > Header area > Header type. The do these settings:

    Front page header type:image
    Site header type: No header (only menu)
