Header Image Problem

Hello,

I am trying to use a custom image as the header of my webpage. I have been able to get the image up by calling it personalheader.jpg and inserting it in the images folder. But it is somehow buried under the header. You can check it out hear: https://70.103.140.124/~boringen/ . If you look at it you will probably have a good idea what is wrong with it. I know it is something pretty simple such as commenting out some code in the style sheets or on other pages, but I have tried a lot of suggestions and none seem to work. I probably just can’t find the right code to comment out.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would apreciate them. I have spent hours on this one little problem that I know is something really obvious.
