Header image problem

Dear everyone!

I have a problem that I come across in a few themes, though I can’t find a solution anywhere on the internet!

In the theme options I can insert a custom logo image, and in Appearance > Header, I can insert a custom header image.

But the problem is that the header image always is belows the
logo/logo text.

If anyone knows what I’m doing wrong or what I should modify than I would be very happy!
