Header image still appear in PrintFriendly after being removed

  • I think I encounter some bugs with the header image and PrintFriendly WordPress Plugin:

    – I used to have a header image for my homepage and postpages
    – Today I removed all of them, and it looks normal when I am in “Customize” mode as the header image is no longer showing when I click the PrintFriendly button
    – However, when I visit the page as a normal visitor instead of an admin, the header image is still there when I click the PrintFriendly button
    – Please provide some advice on how to actually remove that header image in the print pdf page.

    Seems like our server is having some trouble connecting to your site. When I try and generate the page, I’m getting an error.

    Might be best to start by upgrading to our pro service so we can troubleshoot. There’s a free trial subscription in the plugin settings.
