Header Image trouble

  • I am trying to upload a header image but keep getting a load of error messages to this effect

    Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/sussexpathways.org.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2013/07) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/sussexp:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/sussexp/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1337

    Any ideas whats going wrong?

  • It’s a server configuration issue. Contact your hosrs and send them a copy of that error message.
