Header image: uploaded recommended size but tiny

    I’ve been wrestling with the header image size in Pinboard for a while now. I have a png of text up there now but it’s not much for look and feel. I’d like to have my logo, but when I make a square icon it shrinks it mercilessly. Even if I make an image in the recommended size, the result is such as shown in the image link in the first line of this post.

    I found others struggling with similar issues that were solved with CSS in a child theme, but when I tried to apply the same solution the header image disappeared completely and the margins and paddings seemed to be unresponsive to changes in that CSS.

    Ack!

    My ideal would simply be a logo large enough to be pleasing, without too much white space above and below. Whether the text next to the logo is an image or actual text I’m less concerned about.
