I was trying to use the Falling Dreams theme earlier, which features several different header images, and none of them would show up! I’m new to WordPress and themes and not sure of what I’m doing wrong.

This is what the theme is supposed to look like:

The images rotate, kind of like they do in the Random-image Kubrick theme.

I looked at the css file and couldn’t find anywhere that mentioned header images. I managed to get the other images (icons, etc.) to show up but not the headers. Help?

N/M…I got it to work! Go me.

I even figured out how to use different images from the funky ones provided with the theme.

Don’t mind me…I’m a WordPress newbie and this is a HUGE feat for me! ??

In case any other newbies have this problem with this particular theme again:

    1. I picked out images that I liked, resized them to fit, and renamed them as dream0, dream1, etc.
    2. The header images (labeled dream0, dream1, etc.) have to be uploaded into a folder named ‘images’. I didn’t have one and had to make one inside the /wp-content/themes/falling_dreams/ folder.

The code to rotate the images was already in the header.php file…I didn’t have to change anything in that file. The code calls for four images, so if you’re not using four you’ll have to go in and tweak the number so that you don’t end up rotating a blank, white space.
