Header Images on Homepage

I migrated my site from an old wordpress theme no longer supported by developer to twenty seventeen theme. I’m setting it up now. I saw an artist website using the twenty seventeen theme I liked which you can see here: https://jenniferlibbyfay.com/. On her main page, there are five images which rotate with about a 2 second delay. In setting my site, I put in a couple of images so far and set to randomize. But the images don’t change like it does on the Jenniferlibbyfay.com site. It just changes when I refresh the page. Is there a setting I’m missing? Need help on how to configure this. Thank you.
