Header is cropped on mobile and tablet vertical displays

I’m using Coral Parallax theme. My header crops when I view the site on mobile or tablet. I’ve tried all sorts of Additional CSS codes I’ve found on these forums but nothing works. How can I get the header to display correctly? Thanks!
