    Hello!

I have a with the header on the mobile homepage.
If I specifically open the homepage of my site (domain root) on mobile, the header elements are not display correctly and the menu button is missing completely (see Screenshot 1)
Depending on the browser different behaviours follow:
    – Samsung Internet: if I scroll down a little bit, then the header switches it shape and suddenly displays correctly (see Screenshot 2)
    – Instagram Web Browser: even if I scroll down, the header keeps its shape, the user is not able to navigate to the menu since the button is missing

  • Hello @hempion1

We are not sure if the issue still persists.

Here’s the screenshot of the same.

Can you help us with the browser version, and mobile version so that we can take a look accordingly?

Also, we aren’t sure how to check the issue related to the Instagram browser.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Regards,
    Suman

    Hello!

Thank you for your reply and testing.
I made some new tests on my website and found out that the issue is related to the Siteorigin Page Builder.
I had remove the page builder from the front page, now it’s working again nicely.

Thank you for your help, this ticket is now resolved ??
