    Hi
Thank you for this plug in!
I have made a header and have tried to adjust it on different responsive modes ie desktop, tablet and phone… but when I adjust in one it does effects the others (and from what I understand its not supposed to do that) I press update after each time I have adjusted in a specific mode and still it has effected the others.

Also, on desktop mode, when I opened my site on a computer with a bigger screen, it wasn’t aligned….

Moreover, when it seems to be adjusted and updated, and the view appears to be ok in desktop/tablet/phone in my editor.. when I try it out on my phone or tablet its still wonky even if it appears to be ok in different responsive views in the editor.
I saw there was an update for the plug in. I tried that. I am still having this issues.
    Please help
    Thanks
    Tracy

  • Hello Tracy,

Thank you for your kind patience and sorry for the delay in replying to you here!

By looking at your query, it seems something is getting conflicted with the flow of code here at your site. Also, I am getting your concerns about the module’s performance within different sizes of the screen and mobile view.

For this, please check by disabling all the installed plugins except Elementor and EHF. If it doesn’t fix the issue, it could be a caching issue. Try removing any caching plugins on your site if they are installed. It could also be caching from the server side. We had something similar on our demo site – our host was able to sort it out. You can also try that way.

    Thank you,
    Umar
