I’ve just installed clean & current versions of wordpress and Customizr. When I created a child theme and went to Customize it, my logo, tagline, menu bar, social icons, etc. all disappeared. I initially just created a style.css file and FTP’d it. Then I tried using the Childify Me plugin. Same result both times. I even tried copying the Customizr style.css file and changing the theme name, but that didn’t work either.

  • Hi@BStrong95

When you create a child theme then the things dissapper that you insert from site-option, so to gain the site in previous order you have to insert it once again from the site-option so that it will display on you site.
For this you have to activate the child theme not the parent.
And can u please send a site-url so that we can solve the issue correctly.
    Thanks

I reinstalled the child theme (via the plugin) after I started modifying the Customizr theme and now it works for some reason. It copied over the changes I made to the child theme and now I can see the header again. Weird. Thanks.
