Header Logo Image On EVERY page of PDF?

    thanks for the plugin, seems great!

    is there any way that the final PDF file can NOT have the Header Logo Image and its text/links on top of every page of the PDF. i want it only on the very top page (page 1), otherwise it seems spammy/gets in the way of reading the article.
