Header media and menu not showing on mobile

  • Hi,

    I like the flash team ?? but on a mobile phone, it is not showing the header media movie and only a part of the menu.

    I tried some settings and other videos, but it’s the same.

    Do I have other options?

    While checking your URL in a responsive version. It seems working are you still having this issue? If yes, then can you please share a screenshot of the issue?

    I also ran a test in a responsive webtester https://responsivetesttool.com/.
    If you choose a mobile phone and then reload the site, you will see it.

    Hi @kimdj,

    The video header is not displayed on small mobile devices because speed and bandwidth are usually considerations on phones. This is the default feature of WordPress. Instead of Header media, you can use Video Widget for adding videos.

    Hi,

    Thanks to review this.

    The only problem that is still there is:

    The 1ste time you visit the site on a mobile phone, only 2 items on the menu are showing.
