Hi Is anyone able to comment on this please?

The first question to ask is do you have cache software on the site? Sometimes your browser does not update itself, so refresh the browser by clearing its cache.

That is where I would start.

I don’t have any experience with Elementor, so I can’t help you there.

Can you turn off your plugins and see whether that makes any difference? Then add your plugins one at a time to see which might be interfering. Sometimes plugins interfere with each other as well….

    Best of luck.

Ive tried all that and it doesnt work, its not a plugin conflict. its an issue that elementor isnt reacting to the updates on the theme customisation menu, and elementor said that because the changes are on the theme its a theme issue.

    still need some help please
    thank you

Looking at the site in Inspector, it seems that the main menu is not being delivered. I don’t know why. Elementor seems to be over-riding everything.

What happens when you disable Elementor? Do the menus appear? The logo?

I would start all over with the Twenty-twenty theme simply, set up the menu and logo as you want it and then add the elements via Elementor one by one.

I am sorry I cannot help you immediately.

No when i deactivate elementor the logo and menu still doesnt appear.
why would starting over fix anything if its the same theme the issue would still be there.

Is there theme support from wordpress to help?

Sometimes there is a corruption somewhere for some unknown reason, and starting fromo scratch is the only thing to do. I cannot explain this — it just works.

I would ask some basic questions. Have you set up the menu and designated it to appear in the main menu area in the dashboard’s appearance dropdown. The same sort of question goes for the logo.

So what I would do is work on a local host, install WP and try to get the customisation done via the dashboard, then add your plugins to get it exactly as I want it, then export the local site and import it onto your live site. That should do it.

I hope this helps and is not too daunting.

This hit my inbox a little while ago from Templatemonster. I hope it might help.
