• Hello. I’m using Customizr version 4.1.42 and up to date WordPress. I created a site with a header menue and I think that when I activated Nimble Builder the header disappeared but only in Firefox. OK in Chrome and Safari.
It did this before so I checked the moment I installed the plugin. (Daft I know.)
I’m pretty new to this but I checked all my header settings, emptied browser cache and couldn’t find anything here on what I might do to fix it.

    Any suggestions more than welcome..

    Thanks for reporting the issue.
I’m not able to reproduce the described problem on my test sites.
It might be a conflict between one of your plugins and Nimble Builder. It might also be due to a conflict between a custom script you’ve added to your site ( with a widget for example ).
I’d recommend following the troubleshooting steps described on this thread to identify precisely where the problems comes from.

Thanks for the email Nicolas. I don’t have any other plugins and I haven’t written any scrip but no worries, I’ll start the things again and avoid Nimble..

OK. Let me know if you find a possible reason of the problem.
