Header Menu settings vs Submenu colors

    I would have expected that in the absence of separate settings from those on the main menu the Menu Text color and Hover text color would have followed the main menu choice. Instead, they remain black.
    Similarly, the menu hover color is white regardless of the setting chosen at main menu.
