Header missing

    My header & footer does not display on the page where I have the shortcode for Simply Schedule Appointments. How can I fix this?

    Hi @fastalker,

    If you’re using the default scheduling page at yoursite.com/appointments, then the header and footer will be missing. That page is mostly meant to be a quick shortcut for admins to schedule appointments. If you add the [ssa_booking] shortcode to any other page or post, the usual header, footer, etc. will be displayed along with the booking form.

    Please let us know if you need more help getting this working.

    Hi @nataliemac,

    I am actually using the shortcode. I can see the other contents of the page, just the header/footer. Any other ideas on why this would be happening?

    Can you share a link to your page so we can see what’s going on? If you don’t want to post that publicly, you can email our support at [email protected]. It’s hard to guess what might be happening without being able to see the page.
