Header Not Displaying correctly
-
The bottom half portion of my header image is chopped off. You should be able to read all the text: 3DTechTalks. However the “3D” is cropped and it’s not supposed to be. What’s enormously annoying about this is according to WordPress’ own image editing tool the image is 2400 X 1300 pixels which is what they suggest. Even more annoying is in preview mode the image looks exactly like it’s supposed to. But when I publish the bottom of the image is cropped. I’ve checked this in Chrome and Safari. SAME ISSUE!!
I spent an hour waiting for WordPress support and then when I got them they told to make sure the Beaver Builder plugin was updated. It is updated and no difference.
This is enormously frustrating as I’m trying to finish my site and this is holding us up. BIG TIME!!
Can someone PLEASE tell us how to fix this???
Thank you,
Jack
