Header not showing on mobile

  • First-time WordPress user, but long-time technical person.

    I like the theme and took quite a few days to understand it and play around with it. On desktop (Chrome) looks good, but when opening on mobile, the header is nowhere to be seen. Effectively, the website is broken on mobile as there is no navigation.

    I went through all of the settings that I could find, but nothing seems to help.
