Header not showing on Shop page

After reading your thread, I have checked my test site by having Elementor and EHF together, also checked with the pro version too:

As you can see in the above screenshot that I have tested with the latest versions. I have tried creating a new header/footer for posts and it worked for me.

More details from your side can be helpful here for our reference, you can get back with the relevant screenshot OR video if possible.

Suggestions for better troubleshooting:
By looking at the query, I assume that it could be a conflict issue there. Before going ahead, please ensure that you have done a few basic tests from your site OR not yet at any of your sites. In that case, have you tested for any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting?

I can see, you have mentioned that you already tried by deactivating all plugins. Please see the instructions below for how to do this and take a look once again for your reference, check if you have missed anything in the process:

You can do such experiments on your staging site first and then can check the results to make sure before doing anything on your live site.

Thank you for the reply Umar, sorry I have been away over the weekend. I will run some troubleshooting again today and update this tread later

I have done some testing today and I can confirm this the issue is still present with only Elementor, Elementor Header & Footer Builder and WooCommerce plugins active. I have also tested with with the default theme Twenty Twenty-Three instead of Storefront.

One thing I forgot to mention in the original post was that I have two Headers setup with the plugin.

Main header – Display: Home Exclusion: Shop Users: All
Shop header – Display: All Pages Exclusion: Home Shop Users: All

It is the shop header that isn’t working correctly, it is showing on the all of the other pages fine but just not on the shop page

Hi @wizzzzard, sorry for the delay.

Regarding the rule you have

Main header – Display: Home Exclusion: Shop Users: All
Shop header – Display: All Pages Exclusion: Home Shop Users: All

You put the Shop in the exclusion on both Headers. That’s why the Header is not showing up on the Shop page. You should take out the Shop page from the exclusion and the Header will show up there.
