Header not showing up on Archives page

    We have an issue where Neve theme page header won’t show up on Archives page (any page that displays archives of posts).

    Here’s our full archive in which we can’t see the Neve header: https://www.reviewsbysupersven.com/reviews/

    We’re currently using Neve Child, but the default Neve theme has the same issues. Other themes show the page header without issues on those pages.

    From what we’ve read, there should be an option under Global Header Settings to display the header in Archive pages, but we don’t have the toggle: https://snipboard.io/DJWewF.jpg.

    We don’t have any errors in our logs, which makes this a mystery.

  • Hi,

    The option that you’ve mentioned, under Global Header Settings is available just in Neve PRO.

    However, that is not required in your case.

    In your case, this is an issue ( that is already worked on) where a template from Elementor is in used ( in your case, the footer seems to be created with Elementor ).

    We are working on a fix, which should hopefully be available in the next release.

    Hello, @rodicaelena,

    Thanks for looking into the issue, and for letting me know the fix is on the way. I supposed it was an issue with the theme (and Elementor), and decided to wait for a few updates, but since the theme hit version 4.0., and the issue persisted, I created this thread. Glad to hear the fix is being worked on.

    Looking forward to seeing the fix!
