Header pages out of order

    My site is https://www.caregiveronline.org. I’ve got pages that should be listed as Welcome About Reflections and Blog. I’ve put the page order (1-4) in through Quick Edit but it is not holding. The tabs go back to their scrambled position. How else can I fix this?
