• The header doesn’t seem to load CSS anymore. The layout looks perfect when I open the header in the theme builder/editor, but it’s a complete mess on the frontend. Since the page in the provided link is a live site, I had to temporarily disable the header.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Same here.

Same here. Looks OK in the editor but front-end rendering is off. Also doesn’t seem to accept changes made to the header…

    Same here !

Needed to put the hole Website in maintenance mode. Happy to made the update just for one website and not for all my clients. Puh.. Elementor pls fix this. How this could be? Its like my Updates for my sony camera, you never know what you get and than the camera broke. Sad…

Wake up this morning with same problem.

After an hour of research, I’ve come to the conclusion that the problem is that the “search form” widget has disappeared (replaced by a plain “search” that doesn’t give you continuity), and the only solution – until the developers speak up – is to revert to version 3.23.3.

    Great job, fellas…

Yes, same here, like Carlos wrote, revert to 3.23.3 works for now.

Damn rolling back to prev. Versions doesn’t work for me.
Because of Elementor Pro? Anybody with PRO?

Didn’t find a way to rollback PRO… Instructions on elementor.com looks different as my dashboard.
    It is so exhausting!

I hope I can jump in on this topic. I have the OPPOSITE problem. My header is not displaying on any of the pages on the back end. This means that I cannot move from page to page when editing because the main menu is missing. No search bar (which is in the header) either. I can only access pages that might have links on the home page. Also, none of the photos on individual product pages are displaying. Everything looks normal in editing with Elementor mode, and everything displays correctly on the front end (except on the product pages the main photo is too close to the description). What is the solution here? Thank you.

Same here. After updating to v3.24.1, my header and footer were completely messed up. Rolling back to the previous version fixed the issue.

@kwmde It should be on the same page, in the WordPress Backend, Elementor > Tools > Version Control > Rollback

@thegentatwpforum You a are absolutely right. It SHOULD BE, but it’s not there. I only have the option to rollback elementor.

I’m so confused about this, because the screenshot here:https://elementor.com/help/rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor/ shows also the option. But it’s just not there.

Try and upload the older pro version via the plugin page of WordPress, like a forced plugin downgrade? You have the older elementor pro as a zip?

@thegentatwpforum I really appreciate your help. But I wouldn’t be so desperate if there is a plugin page for PRO Version ?? But there no, it’s only available on elementor.com. And I did’t find any option to download a prev. versions there (yet).

I have no PRO as a zip. I guess I have to deal with my backups now.

EDIT: Got it! I had to update elementor to version 3.24.1 once again so PRO is reactivated.

Once it is reactivated, there is the rollback option for PRO as well (Elementor > Tools > Version Control > Rollback)

Learning: the pro version must not be newer than elementor itself. Otherwise PRO is automatically deactivated and is therefore not included in the rollback options.

    Nevertheless thank you @thegentatwpforum ??

Edit after Edit: Its still broken after rolling back. Lol. Cache is cleared.

My original comment is still being held for moderation. However, looking at the other comments, I should have said in my original comment that my issue began BEFORE updating to v. 3.24.1. In fact, I was hoping that update would fix my problem, but it didn’t.

The patch isn’t clean! It’s changing font colors! Dear Elementor team, what are you up to?
