Header Problems

    I have successfully loaded the Aweber form widget to my site https://www.leddyconsultancy.com.But in reloading the site I have got an error message that the header file already exists and the site now looks dreadful.Please help me.

    If this was using a plugin, first, identify exactly which plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

    I have tried to correct this problem through the Plug Ins unsuccessfully.Please have a look at the site https://www.leddyconsultancy.com and tell me what I need to do to correct the problem.
