Header Resize

Hi there,
Really like this theme and created a site for a friend. Initially, I should gone through and set up a child-theme, but we didn’t have time before needing the site completed.

Anyway, I was successfully able to edit the stock header image down to 260px and figured out where to fix the height either in CSS or the functions php files. My friend doesn’t care to use the full height header with the Call to Action stuff.

Is it possible to tell me where to make that change?
