Header Section missing after upgrading to WordPress 5.x

    hello,

    I am in the process of building a new site for a client and have recently updated to WordPress 5.x

    Since then, the header section and scrolling banner is missing. Could someone assist me in figuring out what the heck is happening here?

    It seems that the previous developer made changes to the header.php and the style.css without creating a child theme.

    Apologies for wasting your time. I will resolve this on my side.
