    Hello !

Many thanks for the awesome theme, it works great!

We have been having some issues with one thing though:
In the header, we show the shopping-cart icon. It shows great, but when clicking on it, the layout is messed up.

I have tried deactivating plugins, but I have not been able yet to resolve it.
    Please find a screenshot here:

    Any ideas?
Many thanks in advance for your support!

    Have a nice day.

  • Hello,

We are most certainly thankful for your feedback.

Tried but when clicking on the cart icon it redirecting to the cart page instead of showing the mini cart.
Please replicate the issue and let us know.

Well, I would prefer not to do it on this website since we’re still demoing it to the client.
However, we spotted the exact same issue on a different website which we made.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. navigate to:
    https://www.denboerenhof.be/shop/

    2. add any product to your cart.

    3. click on the cart icon in the header (looks fine with the right slider).

    4. navigate to https://www.denboerenhof.be/home/

    5. click on the cart icon in the header (does not look fine)

Looking forward to your help! ??

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing the details.

As checked you are using the elementor menu cart icon and OceanWP does not elementor settings/design.
For the testing, please switch to any default theme like twenty-twenty and check if it is working well or facing the same issue.

In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Dashboard > OceanWP > OceanWP Panel > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

    I’m not sure I’m following.
The page is indeed made with Elementor, but the header is the default one of OceanWP, with the cart icon being that one of OceanWP.

    Hello,

That is odd. Tried checking but mini cart not showing.
Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Woocommerce > Menu cart, and share a snapshot of the settings.

It seems to work now with your fix!
I guess there was some cache somewhere before which was causing the fix not to appear.

    Many thanks for your support!!!

You are most welcome and glad to hear that issue has been resolved.
