Header, sidebar and footer missing

Hi guys,

first of all thanks for your work and this plugin.
Got a few question, there are a few elements missing while Im using TEC.

1. Calendar page
I would like to put the default calendar page
https://www.giuseppetavera.eu/greenhold/eventi
inside a page a created
https://giuseppetavera.eu/greenhold/calendario-eventi/
because I need more informations to display, not only the calendar. Id like to display the default calendar before the last paragraph.

2. In default calendar page and in single event page it seems like several elements miss. I mean, in default calendar page there’s no header (theme header), sidebar and footer widgets. What should I do to display all these elements?
