• Something strange is happening when I click on the ‘Okay Thanks’ message when I have it set to be in the top bar

But it is only happening in Firefox as far as I can tell.

When I click on the button, the cookie message bar disappears, but also the portion of the header over which it was displayed also disappears, meaning my logo etc are all moved up right to the top of the screen.

Refreshing the screen reverts everything to normal.

When I try the same exercise in Chrome, the header remains at its full height when I click to clear the cookie message.

You can try it yourself –

    Hi

I’ve taken a look at your site but can’t replicate this in Firefox or Chrome. When the bar displays at the top, it adds a margin to the body which it removes when the button is clicked – so your content will move up a few pixels when the button is clicked. But it won’t remove anything additional.
