    It can be adjusted in king.css, .site-title

    the truck image in the header seems to be in a widget, which also has a lot of empty paragraphs in it which increase the height;

    identify that widget, and remove everything after the image.

    general: if you have problems with your commercial theme, please ask the theme seller for support.

    this WordPress forum is not really able to help with commercial themes, as the theme files are not freely accessible.
