Hi, I encountered a problem with your plugin used in conjunction with elementor pro.
Basically, in the custom header neither the submenus nor the sticky header in the frontend work, on the contrary in the editor everything works fine.
I tried deactivating all the plugins I had on the site and reactivating them one at a time I found that the problem is really Givewp.
The plugin version installed is the latest: Version 2.29.2, the theme installed is Hello, WordPress Version 6.2.2

Right now the site is in staging, so you need user and password to log in, let me know if you need them and how to send them to you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @magamatt.

    Glad you reached out.

I’m happy to test this conflict on my end. Can you send me a step by step guide so I can run tests here? For example:

    • Create a new header
    • Do this
    • Click there
    • And so on…

This will help me to troubleshoot the issue and file a bug report if needed.

Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

    Hi @matheusfd, it’s really simple to recreate…

1 – In elementor Theme builder I create a new header
2- Add a new column width the wordpress menu widget and select a menu with sub-menu
3 – I set horizontal menu and the color of menu e sub-menu so co that they are readable and SAVE

In backend it works, in frontend i can’t see submenu. As soon as I disable “Give” plugin it starts working again

Below I attach 2 screenshots in editor mode and in the frontend

Of course, I have already tried updating both elementor and give, updated the “Hello” theme, and regenerated the css. The problem occurs even on different browsers and with anonymous browsing. I am waiting for your feedback, thank you

Hi @matheusfd, any update on this issue?

I need to reactivate the plugin on my site to do some more testing before going online.
    Thank you

    Hi, @magamatt.

It looks like we need a PRO account to create headers. Are you able to provide that information for us?

If you can, please reach out via https://givewp.com/contact-us/ and in subject of inquiry, select I am responding to a request to contact you.

Then, add a link to this ticket in the message field. And we will work from there.

I’ll close this ticket for now and when we address this issue, I update it here.

Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

I saw that you marked the problem as solved, however, the problem is still there.
I have contacted support as indicated, but no one has written to me again.
    How can we solve it?
    Thank you
