    I tried the code below but no luck. Any ideas?:

    .wp-site-blocks>header {
      width:100%;
    }

  • Hi,

    Set the full width of the header in the editor rather than use CSS as you would any block.

    Hi Oliver,

    Can you provide me with more details? Is this in the template editor or template parts editor? Which block would I select? From what I see, not every block has a full-width option.

    Thanks.

    Ok I found it! I didn’t realize you had to flip the inherit default layout switch

    I didn’t have to do that.

    The default header contains a couple of group blocks.

    The child group block I changed to “Alignment – Full Width” then both parent and child group blocks I linked the sides of the padding under “Dimensions” in the block settings and set padding to “0 px”.

    That makes the header full width here.

    Oliver
