Header video on all devices please

Hello,

Thank you for this nice theme. I have one question what I really need to be solved. I have some problems with the header video on the homepage.

When I open it on my ipad the video is showing a bit to the left and the play button is in a gray space. It is not looking nice. How can I solve this?

I also want the video showing up on the smaller devices, can somebody explain how I can get this to work? Now its changing with the header image and I dont want it.

How czn I get the video play automaticly on my Ipad and smaller devices?

Somebody prommissed me there to give a reaction but thats 2 weeks ago.

I really need this functionallity so I hope someone will give me an answer so I can go live in 3 days.
