Otherwise, you could try this :
Customizer –> Additional CSS :

@media screen and (max-width: 550px)
.entry-header, .entry-header-slider div {
    height: 125px !important;
}

A better solution would be to use a font in your header, instead of an image :
https://dutchhonesty.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/cropped-Dutch-Honesty-1.png

Or, you could also re-size the image an use different sizes in different viewports.

Unfortunately, this code has not worked either.

I will definitely try adding the font to my theme as well.

Here is the corrected CSS to use :
