header|footer templates not working

    I’m having trouble with header and footer templates resolving correctly – they look great in the preview, but live versions (all device sizes) fail. Please help.

    Header and navigation do not resolve properly in Chrome or on mobile device.

    Possibly a corrupted header template? If so, how do I reinstall that? or the whole theme?
