Make this folder writable
/home/xxxxx/public_html/blog/wp-content/uploads/

Put the value 755 for permissions of this folder

Is it work ?

I have a logo on a PPT page and the page is set to write has all permissions so I don’t know where to put the 755

Change the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.

Where do I find the wp-content directory?

It’s in the folder where you installed WordPress on your hosting package/domain.
