At every restore, I get the message, which never happened earlier.

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at C:\wamp64\www\Just-checking\wp-includes\user.php:1912) in C:\wamp64\www\Just-checking\wp-content\plugins\backup-backup\includes\initializer.php on line 957

Can you please help me out?

(Using version 1.2.8, the latest version keeps failing hence using this one)

(Currently trying it out on Localhost, as a safeguard)

    Hi @vilayati ,

Thank you for your message! Happy to take a look for you.

    Could you please provide us a debug code from the site? You can generate one with this method below;

Troubleshooting section > Check advanced options and click on button:
Share debug infos with BackupBliss team

And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

I tried using the latest plugin instead and this time the error was:

The theme directory “backup_migration_restoration_in_progress” does not exist.

    I am totally frustrated

    Hello @vilayati ,

To resolve the issue, simply go to the appearance of your website and select the theme you wish to use.
Such a bug may happen when you didn’t include themes in the backup or you had no themes installed earlier on the website.

The alternative solution is to open File Manager and go to “wp-content/themes” and remove the theme directory named “backup_migration_restoration_in_progress”.

Let me know if that works for you ??
    Thank you!

When I went inside the themes folder, my default theme was not there. Neither were there any pages or posts. I did remove the said theme, but then there was nothing inside.

I had chosen Full Backup, which is my default setting.

It is a weird question of yours “you had no themes installed earlier on the website.” What kind of a backup that would be?

@vilayati that sounds like the backup was not made completely on the source site.

On the source site, please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:
Share debug info with BackupBliss team

And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

Please paste the debug code in your reply.

Thank you in advance and kind regards
