headers already sent on save

Running into a problem with the following notices and errors when trying to save options. I’v disabled all other plugins and reactivaed Twenty Eleven with no change. Im not sure if this is preventing my theme from using it or if these errors are something else. It looks ultimately like the settings are saving in the end though as they are set when I go to the settings page on another bowser.
