Header’s & Footer background are not loading , it’s even not responsive

    Everything is moved to the left without making any changes to the site code.
    What do I do wrong?

    Deactivated all plugins, still the same.
    It happened for the first time on Sunday.
    That’s why I deleted the installation and performed a Softaculous restoration because I thought the problem was in my child theme

    It doesn’t show my site identity too.
    Just added CSS code generated by Yellow Pencil Pro and just didn’t work.

    After reinstalling it’s almost okay except that it still doesn’t show my site identity

    Actually it’s not!
    Only in Chrome looked okay but in Opera and Mozilla the issue persists
