Headers in Content Toggle Panel not used in Table of Contents

I am using Ultimate Blocks Content Toggle and Table of Contents blocks.

I have set the Panel Title of the Content Toggle to use header H2. However, these are not getting picked up by the Table of Contents block. I was hoping to use the Content Toggle to have an easier to read page. Having the Panel Title as an H2 would have been ideal for having a ToC that makes sense, without having to duplicate title. Thinking about it, that wouldn’t work anyway, as the heading would need to be between the toggles.

Please could you update the ToC to pick up headers in the Content Toggle Panel Title areas.

Just to clarify. Header blocks within the Content Toggle content area are picked up fine. It’s only the panel titles that aren’t.
