Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I’m getting the exact same thing. Also, when the email is received, even though the sender’s email address is listed in the email as the reply to, when you actually attempt to reply, the address it’s being sent to changes from the sender’s email to [email protected]

In my case it seem to have something to do with the Shield Security plugin. When I deactivate this plugin the issue goes away and emails are received as normal.

Any suggestions?
