Headers not showing up.

  • Hi I am having an issue with the header not showing up on my site. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    I’ve tried both the magicblue 1.2 and the Pretty Parchment 0.95 themes and neither are showing correctly.

    Please help.

    When you type this in a browser ( the header image address for your current theme)…

    https://www.btsgraduatesconnect.com/wp-content/themes/magicblue/images/headerbg.jpg

    …it should pop right up, but as you can see, the error message is:

    403 Permission Denied
    You do not have permission for this request /wp-content/themes/magicblue/images/headerbg.jpg

    The first thing you might do, is log into your hosts control panel, and see if there is a setting for image “hotlink” protection. This may be on for some reason, and might actually be preventing browsers from accessing images that should be web accessible for your theme. I think I would check that first.
