Headers not translated when the subscription is completed

Hello,

We are using the Loco Translate plugin on – https://www.andthegreen.com/

So there are fields that are not translating in the email sent when the subscription is completed although they are translated everywhere else.
It’s actually super bizarre as none of the headers get translated there.
