Heading with permalinks

Is there any way to make the permalinker work with headings h1/h2 and so on ?

i have tried
[permalink]<h1>test2 %post_title%</h1>[/permalink]
<h1>[permalink]test3 %post_title%[/permalink]</h1>

it doesnt work, the link i active but not styled as h1
